A very unique shallow entrance wardrobe designed in Italy by Umberto Mascagni. This piece features a grey colored vinyl doors with red and black decorated handles, centered by a large rotating mirror.
The interior lined with elegant brass coat hangers.
Excellent vintage condition.
An interesting example of midcentury Italian design In 1952 Umberto Mascagni created a new way of producing furniture using new materials such as PVC and anodized aluminum. This was provocative considering the market at that time. His furniture was sold by Harrod’s, London, 1952-1955.
